lower price on any identical product, just provide a web address and we will
beat it by 3%! In the rare instance that a competitor
is selling a product below cost we will not be able to match that price.
SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150.00!*
We ship our products via either Canada Post or Fedex Ground. Upon
request we will ship your items as per your specification. Products are
shipped with full insurance according to the shippers policy.
Insurance will be added to all orders at a cost of $1.55 for the first $100.00 and $.65
per $100.00 thereafter. Please note that insurance is provided by the carrier not Reef
Perfection.
Shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout. Reef Perfection
reserves the right to adjust shipping charges accordingly if required.
Please note that if shipping charges are more than stated on the website at
time of checkout you will be contacted for confirmation before your order is
shipped.
* Does not apply to salt, chiller, aquarium, sump, sand and
other heavy or oversized orders.
SECURITY POLICY
We use Secure Servers with Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
transmission to secure orders from our customers. This enables us to encrypt
any data sent to our web server, and in turn our server will encrypt any
data sent back to your web browser. This is the highest level of encryption
available to the general public. Our online shopping cart uses Verisign
Digital IDs (SSL Secure Certificate) exclusively.

WARRANTY
All
warranties are covered by the manufacturer. In the unlikely event that you
receive a defective product, or becomes defective during it's warranty
period. Please contact customer service for instructions on how to proceed.
We can usually service the warranty if the product is less then 30 days old.
Many of the manufacturers prefer to deal directly with the consumer on
warranty exchange. We will give you contact information when you call or
e-mail. We will provide a web link when ever possible for your convenience.
RETURNS
All returns and/or exchanges must be
made within 7 days of receipt of product. If you need to return an item,
you first will need to contact us for an RA (Return Authorization) number.
Products may only be returned unused and in original unopened packaging. All
original instructions must be included. Returns must be shipped back fully
insured and properly packaged. RA number must be clearly marked on the
outside of the shipping box. Do not ship back any product in it's product
box. Always put the product inside a cardboard box fully packed, otherwise
this item will not be in re-saleable condition. Any return shipped back to
us without this RA number will be refused. Shipping charges are NOT
refundable. Orders can not be cancelled after they have been shipped.
Refused orders are subject to an automatic 15% restocking fee plus return
shipping charges. Orders can not be cancelled or refused due to delay in
shipping. Special order and sale items are not returnable under any
circumstances.
In the event that your order is
damaged by the carrier, a claim will be filed with the carrier company. Upon
approval of the claim by the carrier company, your original order will be
re-shipped to you at no additional charge. If you wish to return the damaged
goods for a refund or credit, the 15% restocking charge will be applied. If
your package arrives damaged you should contact us immediately. You will
need to keep all original shipping boxes, packing and damaged item until we
contact the shipper.
